We have successfully secured balcony replacement works for Trident Housing Association.
MIB Facades UK Ltd will also be acting as the principal contractor and dealing direct with Trident Housing Association on all issues.
The existing balconies have reached the end of their serviceable life and need replacing due to metal fatigue and rusting.
The project is on a short term programme of 6 weeks, to remove and replace 38 number baloneys with new.
The new balconies have been design with input from MIB to meet current regulation standards in both height and size.
The colour scheme was chosen by the client and tenants, to be sympathetic with its surroundings and help with the aesthetic look of the building once work has finished.
