Newhaus, Newport
As part of our on-going alliance with OPCO Construction, we are about to commence the first of three apartment blocks on their latest contract ward with the developer Westmark.
This alliance has meant that we had an early involvement with the design and buildability which has resulted in our drawing office developing & producing the details for block 2 which is clad entirely in Trespa rainscreen. Others works include Metsec SFS, brick channel, insulation and Insulated Render System.
