MIB Facades Ltd is currently looking to recruit an assistant Quantity Surveyor to work in our busy office in Cardiff. Working directly with one of our Company Directors your main duties will include take-offs, estimating, site measurement and quantifying sub-contractor wages. You will need to demonstrate an open and flexible approach to work as this role is varied and may involve site visits and attending meetings.
The position would ideally suit any of the following:
- an experienced Quantity Surveyor
- a recent Quantity Surveyor graduate
- or someone with an interest in this area of work with a willingness to study for the relevant qualifications.
Salary will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
