Scope of Works:
We originally tendered the Metsec frame and insulated Render works to the above contract, and then whilst on site had their original scope of works altered to include the fixing of the Larch wood.
The build is based mainly upon eco-friendly materials with the Larch wood, supplied from totally renewable sources. The internal and external render uses a new wood pulp insulation, manufactured in Austria.
The contract demonstrates the different types of materials used in the 'Building Schools for the Future' programme.
