Scope of Works:
We tendered this contract on a lump sum basis, for the supply and fix of an insulated render system onto a SIPs panel substrate. Work commenced in December 2007 and was completed February 2008 following a successful team effort by all concerned. The build-up of the render system was made predominantly Mineral wool insulation; Polymer Base coats, and a silicon 1.5mm grain size top-coat in white. All work was successfully completed to programme and on budget.
