Scope of Works:
This prestigious city centre development consists of a 22 storey hotel block and 12 storey residential block. We are not only carrying out the installation of the Metsec SFS, insulated render, blockwork, metal & terracotta rainscreen systems to the facade but are also carrying out the internal package of wall linings, partitions & ceilings; thus offering our client with a one stop solution for all 'walls'.
The project also includes the installation of a single ply membrane and living sedam roofs.
