Scope of Works:
Kite Homes have undertaken the re-development of an existing reinforced concrete frame to produce a mixed use development in the heart of Merthyr. We have installed the Metsec SFS to the existing concrete using MS cleats, which allowed the construction of the new improved external walls to be undertaken without any alteration to the existing structure. Our works also included Insulated Render Systems, internal wall linings and powder coated flashings.
