Scope of Works:
This MIB contract, which is due on site during June (2008) and is another successfully negotiated Facade contract by The MIB Group.
The main scope of work for MIB is the application of an insulated render system (WBS), which will be using a range of insulation thicknesses to achieve a stepped appearance in the facade.
We have a full understanding of all the technical issues, and are advising Speymill Contracts Ltd and the architects on render finishes, colour schemes and the interfacing details with other materials.
