Scope of Works:
We have successfully negotiated the refurbishment of three tower blocks in the borough of Sandwell (West Midlands) for the Connaught Group. The contract is due to start during the month of June and will consist of the application of a mineral wool insulated render system (WBS) and balcony re-cladding works.

 

We will commence with work and following a staged programme for duration of 25 weeks.

 

This large scheme of works is a continuation, to improve all homes up to the decent homes standards, which has been implemented throughout the country.

 

We will work closely with the Connaught Group to ensure the smooth running of the contract through to completion
