Part of the MIB Facades 'one-stop shop' ethos is to provide ancillary ‘bolt-on’ services that help provide the team with the whole project delivery. These services are:

Showroom and Mock-up Facility

MIB Facades have within their Cardiff base the ability to construct full-scale mock-ups of the intended facade requirement. This facility allows the team to establish buildability issues and eliminate any surprises prior to reaching the site. Also our mock-ups have been made for planners to visit.

Mast Climbers

In conjunction with our partner, Sovereign Access Services, we supply a full range of specialist mast climbers — everything you need to get the job done quickly and cost effectively. Mast climbers can offer a substantial benefit in productivity and cost. Safe and ergonomic, mast climbers can be designed to provide access to most types of structure.

Drawing Office Support

MIB Facades have in-house design capabilities and can provide co-ordinated working drawings that cater for all possible interface details and setting out information. This service is backed by £5 million of PI cover.

Flashings and Trims

Interface details between different systems can require bespoke aluminium flashings. These trims form the final piece to the complete wall solution — these can be provided by MIB Facades.

Internal Finishes

With our sister company, McKenzie Interior Building Limited, we can offer a service that caters for the interior of the building which includes wall linings, partitions, suspended ceilings, fire protection, plastering and flooring.
